TOKiMONSTA

I recently made it to Bonobo's US tour in San Francisco, supporting him was the fantastic TOKiMONSTA whom I must say had myself and the crowd seriously tuned in, beat after beat it was enchanting.

The key to TOKiMONSTA's production is not her originality or the experimentalism that we hear from some of LA's recent 'Beat' producers, but her tact for composition. Her music is not only what one would describe as 'Chill beats mon', but it includes instrumental pieces.

Where at times you can lose interest in the repetition of loops that are a key element in this genre of music, TOKiMONSTA does not fall victim to this, her tracks absorbing your attention.

Totally Enourmous Extinct Dinosaurs

aka T.E.E.D aka The U.Ks Orlando Higginbotham has been gently simmering on the hot hob in recent years with 2 E.Ps and couple of singles such as the fantastic 'Garden'. Moving into 2011 he is most definitely going to reach boiling point and overflow onto well not only the UK music scene but quite possibly worldwide.

Delicate vocals, catchy melodies, bleeps, bass and pop merge as a multitude of influences bear fruit in T.E.E.D's production.

2011 is quite simply all about Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs!
